- Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 to check into the haveli.
Valid Photo Identification: All guests above the age of 18 must present a valid photo identification at check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, and Voter ID Card. Guests will not be allowed to check-in without original valid ID proof.
Inappropriate Behavior: If any guest engages in behaviour deemed unacceptable by the haveli or if complaints of inappropriate conduct are made, the haveli reserves the right to take action after investigating the allegations.
Seasonal Policies: Certain destinations and times of the year may have special policies in place, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Damage Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage to the haveli property (except for normal wear and tear). Guests should maintain cleanliness and ensure the room is kept in good condition.
Booking Specific Policies: Some booking-specific policies may apply, and these will be informed to the guest during the booking process.
Confirmation of Arrival: The haveli may contact guests closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or estimated arrival time. If the guest does not respond after multiple attempts, the booking may be cancelled or put on hold. If availability permits, the booking may be reinstated upon guest contact or payment.
Feedback Requests: To improve services, the hotel may contact guests for feedback through calls or messages.
Data Privacy: All guest data will be handled according to the GDPR guidelines and privacy policy. The haveli will send regular promotional emails about products, services, and offers. Guest data will not be shared or sold to third-party organizations.
Payment Confirmation: Full payment is required to confirm a booking. The booking will be considered invalid if payment is not made.
Guest Count: The number of guests must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking. Only those guests accounted for during booking are allowed to stay.
Guest Identification: All guests must provide valid ID proof when requested, either at the time of booking or upon arrival.
Foreign Nationals: Foreign nationals must provide valid passport and visa details before their stay.
Property Damage: Any damage caused to the property by a guest will be charged based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Prohibited Activities: The haveli strictly prohibits any illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution, narcotics use, and other unlawful behaviour.
Commercial Activities: No commercial activities are allowed within the Haveli premises without prior authorization.
Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. This amount will be refunded within 5 working days, provided the number of guests does not exceed the confirmed count and the check-out time is adhered to.
